01. ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account or using Ctrl Pit at ctrlpit.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Robin Stokkel ("we", "us", "our").

02. THE SERVICE

Ctrl Pit is a revenue analytics dashboard that aggregates data from your connected sales channels, advertising platforms, and shipping providers. We provide tools to visualise revenue, ad spend, margin, and shipping costs. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier included.

03. ACCOUNTS

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at rstokk@icloud.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

04. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) use the Service to violate any law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (c) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal usage.

05. THIRD-PARTY CONNECTIONS

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and others) using credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts and that doing so does not violate the terms of those platforms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that affect Service functionality.

06. PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. The free tier is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

07. DATA & PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at ctrlpit.com/privacy. We process your data to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties. You retain ownership of your business data. By connecting third-party accounts, you grant us permission to retrieve and store data from those accounts on your behalf.

08. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, design, and content comprising the Service is owned by Robin Stokkel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your business data.

09. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics data will be accurate at all times. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four Suit Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. TERMINATION

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
