A connector is a platform integration — e.g. Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, PostNL. Free tier lets you connect one platform. Paid unlocks all 12+.
Is there a free trial for the paid plan?
Yes — you can start on the free tier today, no credit card required. When you're ready to unlock full history and all connectors, upgrade from the billing settings.
Can I cancel my paid plan any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal at any time. You keep paid access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your historical data stays in Ctrl Pit — you just won't be able to view data older than 30 days until you re-upgrade.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Ctrl Pit never stores your customers' personal data — only revenue figures and cost data. All credentials are encrypted at rest. Read the privacy policy for details.
Which currencies are supported?
Ctrl Pit displays all values in EUR. Multi-currency conversion is on the roadmap.
